Please fill out the form to refill existing prescriptions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the request to be fulfilled. A member of our team will contact you once the prescription is ready for pick up!

Need an exam for next refill?

Prescription medications require a yearly exam by law, so if your pet has not been in for a while, you can schedule an appointment by clicking the button below.

Bloodwork for refills

Certain medications affect the organs and in order to make sure we are keeping them healthy, we require regular bloodwork for continued refills. Below are our guidelines for med refills:

Antibiotics	Require Patient Exam
Apoquel	Every 12 Months
Clomicalm	Every 12 Months
Ear and Eye Medication	Require Patient Exam
Heart Medication	Every 12 Months
Insulin	Every 12 months and glucose monitoring as needed.
NSAIDS	Every 12 Months
Proin	Every 12 Months
Seizure Medication	Every 12 months *Phenobarbitol requires Phenobarbitol levels checked every 12 months in addition.
Steroids	Every 12 Months
Tramadol	Every 12 Months
Thyroid	2-3 weeks after starting tx or adjusting dose, then every 12 months.
Vetoryl	Every 12 months, ACTH stim every 6 months.

All other medications not listed above need doctor approval.

Saturday appointments are reserved for sick pets and emergencies only.
Sun: Closed
*We will be closed the first Monday of every month from 11am - 12pm for staff development.
