Dr. Marci Feyerabend is our veterinarian and owner at QCVC. Dr. Marci has a special interest in senior pet care, soft tissue surgery, and radiology. She and Dr. Nate share their home with their 3 children and 2 dogs. Dr. Marci is very thorough and often finds that early detection results in the best patient outcomes.

Myra is the office manager of Quivira Crossing Veterinary Clinic. Myra has been a member of our team since day one in 2017 and has been in the veterinary field since 2010. She loves providing our clients and patients with exceptional customer service. She assures your visit is enjoyable every time and makes sure the clinic is running smoothly, day in and day out. She is passionate about her career and enjoys getting to know our clients and their pets. She shares her home with her husband Sean, son Mason, and 5 pets (3 dogs, 2 cats). In their free time, Myra and her family can be found at KC Mavericks hockey games, rooting on the KC Royals, or trying new Mexican restaurants in the KC area.

Tracie joined our team in 2018 with over 20 years of experience in the veterinary field. Growing up on a central Kansas cattle ranch nurtured her love of all animals big and small. Tracie shares her home with her kitty Simi. In her spare time, she loves creating jewelry as well as exploring estate sales and thrift stores for her next projects. Tracie loves building relationships with our clients and helping our patients feel at ease during their visit in.

Kelle joined the QCVC team in 2021 and has many years of experience in the field of veterinary medicine. She has been married for over 25 years and has twin boys, one daughter-in-law, and a precious granddaughter. Kelle enjoys working with animals, which has been her passion since she was a young girl. In her spare time, Kelle enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, family, and friends. She has a beagle named Addi and Autumn, her cat, owns the house. Kelle has a big heart for all the different animals that come through the clinic and enjoys getting to know our clients.

Xandi joined the QCVC team in 2023 and comes with 5 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist. She grew up in the KC/JoCo area and currently lives in Lenexa with her husband and their two dogs, Paisley, and Grizzly. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, thrifting, being outdoors, dumbbell workouts, and a variety of creative outlets including drawing, social media, and writing. Xandi strives to facilitate clear communication and build trust between our veterinarians and our clients. She is excited to know our clients and patients!

Katie joined our team in 2024, bringing over 11 years of experience in the veterinary field with her. She was born and raised in the Kansas City area and is happily married. Katie enjoys long, lazy days with her husband and their two cats, Persephone and Zelda. Katie has a passion for surgeries and providing pets with good oral health by way of performing dental cleanings.

Haley became part of the QCVC team in 2020. She started out as one of our receptionists and has since been cross trained as a veterinary technician. She is originally from Louisburg, Kansas. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her two dogs, Piper and Lucy. Haley’s favorite part of working in a veterinary clinic is helping people welcome new furry additions to their families!

Brooke joined our team in 2023 and comes with 7 years of prior veterinary experience doing everything from kennels to tech work and even anesthesia sales. She is happy to be returning to her greatest passion, caring directly for the animals in our community. Brooke shares her home with her pit bull, Wilbur, and her two cats, Frank and Mia. Brooke leans on her fear-free training to make vet visits a pleasant experience for everyone involved.

Valarie joined our team in 2024 and comes with many years of experience in the veterinary field. She attended and graduated Pima Medical Institute and Brown Mackie College for Veterinary Technology. Valarie shares her home with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs, Ghost and Sable. When not working, she enjoys spending time with and making memories with her family. Valarie enjoys being a part of a team and likes building relationship with our clients and their pets. 

Jade joins our team as a kennel technician. She knew at a young age that she wanted to work with animals and is passionate about what she does. Jade loves learning and excels at using her knowledge to ensure the pets in her care are always safe and happy. When Jade is home, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her own pup, Azula.

Ashley has been apart our team since 2020 and has been compassionately grooming for over 15 years and takes great pride in her job. She has extensive experience in deshedding, scissoring, and creative grooming. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son, live music, tie-dying and DIYing. She has a small dog and a cat, Ziggy and Bamf. Ashley is very passionate about her job and loves making your dogs look and feel beautiful! She is currently accepting new clients!

Kelsi joined us in 2022 with over 10 years of experience as a pet groomer. She is skilled in scissoring, deshedding, and handling to keep your pets looking their best and feeling great. Kelsi enjoys taking the time to get to know you and your pet, which allows her to best understand what suits your needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner Tony, and their two dogs, DeeDee, and Rodney. Kelsi also loves spending time with family and reading. She is currently accepting new clients!
